Very slow decrypting in some cases

I am using the MS Outlook 2003, Wndows XP Professional 5.1.
Decrypting of E-mail messages in the standard Outlook windows is VERY slow.
Decrypting of the same messages either in the "find" window or even in a
separate "inbox" window is fast, normal.

What could be the problem?
