Very slow office

Hello,

when I trie to open office file from explorer it tooks very long time until
excel appears (or word). If I have already opened excel it works normaly and
file opens instantly. Also if I open it throu Excel open dialog, it works...
Doesn´t matter if the file is located on network or localy.

System is DELL Precision m65, 2GB RAM, XP SP2cz, Office 2003sp3

Strange is that if i disconnect the network and reconnect it it works for a
while.
I have admin privilegs
I tried to create shortcut "c:\program files ...\excel.exe" "c:\file.xls"
and it also works without delay...

It is possible for me to override this but it is very unconfortable and it
makes me anrgy.

Do you have any ideas what to do next?
