Very Slow Opening of HTM Messages in Office XP/2002

Hi,

I have just installe Office XP SP3 and now it takes 2+ minutes to open
or preview any message in any folder that is HTML formatted. Text
formated messages are fine.

I have:

- checked IM is disbaled (always was)
- checked my IE settings (they are fine and Outlook express works fine)
- run scanpst
- run Office XP repair (but no reinstalled just yet)

Anyone have any ideas. It was working fine prior to SP3 ?

Forgot to add.

This occurs using POP and/or IMAP messages (although IMAP account has
now been reomved)
And it also doesn't matter if I set Outlook to online or offline
