Since you all ready knew how to import, just create a new
blank database, import ALL objects from the existing
database (including custom Menus, Toolbars, etc ...) to
the new blank database. Open the any code module and do a
Compile. Close the new database. Rename the old database
as an old copy. Rename the new database to the old name.
There may be corruptions in your database that Repair &
Compact can't fix. Just yesterday, one of my clients
asked me to look into a database that has been going slow
but working correctly over the last 2 weeks. Since the
network connection was checked and found to be OK, my
guess was some corruptions. Compact & Repair didn't fix
it. Neither did JetComp.exe. Importing into a new
database fixed it for me eventually.
