Very useful slideshow script but need help with script.

I found a very useful feature with a number of images showing like a
slideshow with a previous and next buttons. (the images change every
few seconds) Then by clicking on the image takes you to the link on
another page.
I am not familiar with the code on the page eg
Please follow link to find example on the right side of the page of the
slideshow images with links and descriptions.

Can someone advise if I can use the script from the page to make my own
?
Or point me in the direction to find a similar script ?
Part of the problem with searching for such a script is to have the
right keywords.

so it is probable one of these slide shows
