Very useful to have format painter to select formatting options

By right clicking on Format Painter or by any other means if we can select
the formatting options for the FORMAT PAINTER to copy like ( Line Spacing ,
Alignment , Tab Settings , Font formatting ) it will be very useful

The Format Painter should be regarded as a last resort. The way to apply
multiple types of formatting is with a style.
