It may be free but they apparently don't want you to see the code. Why?
Your guess is as good as mine.

You might google to see if anyone has the password, if not where you can get
a free password cracker for the VBA area of Excel.

I don't think you should be advocating that people break into code that the
author wishes to keep protected, however weak Excel's protection is.
