video attachment doesn't work

I attempted to attach a brief video from my camera to an e-mail; it has
stayed in my Outbox for several days and is slowing down the transmitting of
other outgoingo mail; I would like to delete the message and discontinue
trying to send it but it won't delete and every time I open Outlook, it keeps
trying to send it. What to do?

Even a brief video-file can be very large in size. You probably went over
the limit of what your ISP allows you to send.

In general you can recover in the following way;
Place Outlook in Offline mode via File-> Work Offline.
Restart Outlook and you should be able to delete it.
