Video E-Mail installation problem for Outlook 2003?

When trying to run video E-Mail, I get a message that says " To run this
program, you need to install microsoft collaboration data objects. This
feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it now? AFter
it automatically goes through the installation for this I then get the
following error message" Video E-Mail cannot call a Microsoft office setup.
Please try again. Please uninstall and install Microsoft office & video
E-Mail again if problem not resolved" I tried the reinstall twice, and I'm
still getting the same error messages. Can someone help me with this problem?
