Video email addin for outlook 2003

Anyone get the video email addin to work on Outlook 2003. I get a message in
the video window that says "USB Camera is not connected to PC. Please
confirm it"

The camera is connected and working. There are no options to set or anything
to "fiddle" with to get it working.
