Video Email Probs in Outlook 2003

Anybody have problems with the video email add-in?
Installs fine but clicking on video email button in
Outlook 2003 does nothing. Have video camera installed and
running fine....any ideas?

I've downloaded the same add-in and it works ok on my computer, but only 1
out of 5 people I've sent a video email to has been able to view it. I
haven't found any help anywhere.
