Video Email

I am using Outlook 2003, have installed SP1 for Office
2003. I have an Intel USB Model CS330 Webcam.

WHen I try to use the plugin, I get this error message:

USB Camera is not connected to PC. Please Confirm it.

So what is the issue? The webcam works for every other
application I have used it for except this. I even went
to Intel.com and downloaded the drivers for it, even
though they are included in Windows XP.
