VIDEO files inseted , which is best ?

Hi all

Which VIDEO files , video and sound , are most suitable for inserting into
PowerPOint forms?

I heared that the WMF videos are limited in length for insertion into PP
forms, is it true .

I strongly recommend WMV for PowerPoint use. (Use care when selecting the
type of WMV you are creating and which codec's are employed.) No, there is
no length limitation.
