Video Incosnsistency

M

Michael N.

I have a presentation created with Powerpoint 2002 XP,
which contains Windows Media Videos.

When I run the presentation from my new Toshiba Satellite
5205-s703 laptop, the videos play, but only when run from
the CD. The laptop has Windows XP Home, and Office 2000
Professional

When I run the presentation directly off the laptop's
hardrive, the presnetation runs, but the video, when
clicked, just turns white, with no audio or video.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that your video driver is version 36.39. If not, download it from
the Toshiba website. If the video driver doesn't correct the problem, come
on back.
