Video on my site will not play.

I built my site with frontpage 2003.
I also made a video on windows movie maker.
I made a new layer and inserted my video.
After I published it and checked it in explore I could not see it.
Why is that and how do I fix it??

I think I got it but I am not sure if this will work in mozzilla.

If anyone could take alook at my site and let me know if it is working that
