Video visioning not working properly

Hi, when I am inserting a video clip on a power point slide, the video doesn't work well during slide show (i.e. momentarly freezing image while sound continues). My presentation have about 50 slides, but ja few with video clip. Nb: when unsing the same presntation on my PC, I have no problem. Can you help? thanks

Hi,

This sounds like a hardware issue. Perhaps not enough RAM, not a fast enough
video card, slow processor.

What hardware do you have?

You have enough computer power that you should not be experiencing the
problem you described.

I recommend that you contact Microsoft's product support and ask them about
it.
