Videos of Publisher Built Web Pages

Is it possible to put some videos that i have made on a web page that i have
built on publisher. Can i embed them into the page or have some sort of link
to them that doesnt take too long.

You generally don't embed videos into a Publisher website, you link to the
video file. Read the article about including external files about three down
on this page:

As per your goal of them not taking too long...that is a function of the
size of the video file and connection speed. You might put the size of the
file beside the link to the file to alert the user to how big and how long
it will take to download the file, and let them decide if the file is too
big, or will take too long.
