Hi
We recently upgraded our small business computers to Office 2008. Let¹s
just say it¹s been a tough transition!
We are a training firm and we run small video files (.mov and mpeg4) in our
presentations. The movies are still running fine... UNTIL we connect to
the client¹s projector or our external monitors in the office (this is
happening with all projectors and monitors, so it¹s definitely a software
issue).
The video does not move on the projected screen. We have audio but no
movement. You can imagine the embarrassment this causes us.... Not exactly
what we forked out thousands of dollars for.
It happens in both the dual screen mode and the mirror mode.
Took the 15² MacBook Pro concerned to the Mac shop but they said it¹s a
software issue.
HELP please!!! I fear having to pop in and out of the presentation format
to play the videos to the clients at tomorrow¹s training.
Many thanks,
Damian.
