View a project grid not displaying

I have a user who all of a sudden no longer has the grid come up in
the "View A Project" page when she clicks on any of her projects.
She was apparently switching between projects and views when this
happened.
I recall having this happen to me years ago but cannot recall how i
cleared it.
It appears to be stuck in tasks summary view.
No changes to the system have been made for a long time so it wont be
permission based.
Hope someone can assist!
