view access of forms

I have created a Form(frmABC), this Form is created from a table for easy
view of update, so whatever changes i make in the form the table values also
will be changed. I have even created one more subform (subfrmABC) for the
managers view, the problem iam facing here is suppose if my manager do some
changes in the form this will get change in table also.
Could you tell me how can i make my subform to only view for managers, so
that their changes are not accepted in the subform, how to block it.

On the Data tab of the form's Property Sheet you can set Allow Additions,
Allows Edits, and other data choices. If it really is a subform another
thing you can do is to lock the subform control. It is not clear whether you
have a subform or another version of the main form, but in any case you can
use the options on the Data tab. However, unless you have some sort of
security it would be a simple matter for anybody with knowledge of Access to
change the options.
