View Activites in Public Contact Folders

We are trying to create a Public contact folder for our team. One person will
be handling correspondence via email, mailmerges, appointments, tasks and
Journal entries. The rest of the team will need to view all of the collected
data. We can view the contacts, but we would like to track the
correspondence. Currently, none of the Outlook activities appear in the
activities tab of the contact form.

Is this possible to do?
