View Addins in VBA Project Window

In moving from NT to XP I have lost the Registry Key to
enable the viewing of loaded Addins in the VBA Project
Window.

It used to be that I could set the DebugAddins Key under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER etc. to DebugAddins:1 and I could step
through the Addin on the VBA side.

I don't know the name of the key nor its location in XP
for me to do this. But currently I cannot see loaded
Addins in my Project Window in VBA.
