View Admin Projects in "Adjust Actuals"

I have two users that are assigned to the same security group
(Administrator). One user can see Admin project when adjusting actuals. The
other can not. I've verified that there are no security options or
categories set at the user level for either of these users.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this issue?

ps We are using MS Project Server 2003.

Thx.

Yes. Both belong to 2 other groups but they are the same two groups for each
user.

So each user belongs to the same 3 security groups.

Jody:

There is almost never a need for a member of the Administrator's group to be
members of other groups except for very strange administration requirements.
By default, an Administrator can do everything. Remove these memberships and
see if the problem clears up. Cross-group membership can affect
administrators in unpredictable and inconsistent ways.

I removed the two additional groups from both users. They both are just
Administrators. I still get the same result. One user can see the Admin
projects in adjust actuals and the other can not. It seems to be specific to
a single user.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm really stuck...can't seem to figure out what has
happened to this specific user.

I wonder if one of the admins has been explicitly placed in a
category? As Gary said, the admins should only be in the admin group
and no others. The group will be associated with a category. There is
no need to specify a category for the individual. Just a thought. Good
luck.
