View ALL CONTACTS eventhough sorted into subfolders

I am currently storing all of my contacts in a series of subfolders in the
root "Contacts" folder. I would like to have a way to view all of my contacts
without subfolders.

I believe that in a previous version of Outlook, I had the ability to click
"All Contacts" which showed me all of my contacts grouped togeter.

Is there a way to do this in Outlook 2007?

AFAIK, All contacts is only a feature of the GAL (Exchange server).
Contacts folders can't be viewed as one. Using categories (and custom views)
is the recommended method to create 'groups' of contacts instead of using
separate folders.
