View All Projects

Setting up Project Server 2007. As Admin I can see all projects and
edit all.
I want my Project Managers to see all. Currently they can only see
their own. Must be a setting in Permissons group or Global settings
but, just from the descripitions, I'm not sure which ones to select
and de-select.

Can anyone help please?
