We do not use Outlook as our email server.

How do I make this option "View and report on your tasks from your
Outlook calendar" not visible from "Tasks" menu from the Project Web
Access for the users who log in

Hi Sunny

Unfortunatly there is no "normal" way of diong this. You cannot hide the
outlook icon. You can restict the access, meaning that if your user clicks on
the link he/she will be promted with the text "you do not have permission to
view this page", but that is about it.
