Does anyone know if Office 2008 resolved this issue? I'm still not showing other attendees' schedule when creating a meeting.

Create a new event, add the name of the people who wan tto invite in the
Invite section, then click on the Scheduling tab for the lower pane. You
should see a calendar, with everybody's name in it and the free/busy
information.

Is there any settings I need to check? I get a gray bar all the way across for everyone.

Make sure the Free/busy or Public server is properly configured in your
account settings (advanced tab).
Without it, ENtourage cannot get other people's availability,
