View another person's schedule when setting up a meeting

Email Client: Exchange

I have the server information in the public server, but I still have grey bars showing when trying to view schedules for meeting invites.

any help appreciated.

If you try to schedule using Outlook Web Access (OWA) in a browser, do
you see information there?

I have the same problem. And yes, I can see the invitees availability in OWA.
