In PWA 2003, you could go to the Resource Center and click on View
Availability and select one of four views (can't remember exactly which) that
would list out the selected resources, the projects they are assigned to, and
if you expand the project, it would list the tasks they are assigned to. You
could also select the time period and scale for this view (for example Jan 1
to Jan 31 by weeks). In PWA 2007, the same feature is there, BUT you cannot
expand the projects to see the tasks they are assigned to. What happened?
Is this feature deprecated or moved somewhere else?
Now, I realize that there is a View Assignments which lists out the tasks
the selected resources are assigned to, but you cannot select a time period
and scale (for instance, for any given resource during any given period such
as week, you cannot tell how many hours he or she is working on any given
task).
We need a view just like the View Availability - View Assignments by
Resource except we need task level detail, not project level. Any help is
appreciated.
Thank you.
