"View" choice on main menu does not exist.

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and am trying to set global view options.
The main menu does not have "View" as a choice. It has "File Edit Go Tools
Actions Help" ... no "View." How do I either have the View choice appear, or
get the the view options another way?

Try right-clicking any toolbar, choosing Customize and then resetting the
Menu.
