I'm at a loss to understand what you mean by the "view column." You you
please explain more precisely what you mean, and what steps you perform to
get to the "view menu" in question? We'll do our best to help you.

Here's what you will need to do:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server with
administrator permissions
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Global
3. Click View - Tables - More Tables
4. Click the Resource option at the top of the dialog
5. Select the Entry table and click Copy
6. Give the custom table a new name, such as Enterprise Entry
7. Customize the list of resource columns as you wish, and add the RBS
column as well
8. Set the Column Width of the RBS column to the desired width
9. Click OK and then click Close (do not click Apply)
10. Click View - More Views
11. Select the Resource Sheet view and click the Copy button
12. Give the custom view a new name, such as Enterprise Resource Sheet
13. Select the new Enterprise Entry table as the Table for this view
14. Select the "Show in menu" option, if necessary
15. Click the OK button and then click the Close button (do not click
Apply)
16. Click Tools - Organizer
17. From the list on the right, select the Resource Sheet view and click
Delete (DO NOT delete the Enterprise Gantt Chart or Enterprise Resource
Sheet views)
18. Select the Tables tab and then select the Resource option
19. From the list on the right, select the Entry table and click Delete (DO
NOT delete the Enterprise Entry table)
20. Click Close
21. Save and close the Enterprise Global file
22. Exit and relaunch Microsoft Project Professional (this is a required
step!)
23. Open your Enterprise Resource Pool and you will now see the new view
you created, with the RBS column width set to its desired size

Hope this helps.
