VIEW CONTACT BY COMPANY

Hi - I have a MAC with Kerio as the mail server, and I use Entourage as my address book. I have this sync with my lap top and then syn my i phone to update contacts.

Certain people I only assoicate them as businesses - for example Bill Gates ( name) Microsoft ( Company) . I would like to set this contact to be found under Microsoft. When I complete the business card for Bill Gates and enter the company as Microsoft - there is no option to view as person or company - how do I do this please

You're correct. No option to view as either person or company exists.

Entourage uses the E-mail address name (the part before the "@" symbol)
as well as the person's first and last name for searching.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
