View contacts and Calendar at the same time

In Outlook I can open a second instance so I can have one window with the calendar view and another with the contacts view at the same time (e.g. right click on contacts and open while in calendars).

How do I view both Contacts and Calendars at the same time in Entourage (mac 2008)? Thanks
