view contacts list in outlook like outlook express

I have a client who loves the way Outlook Express displayed his
contacts on the left hand side right below his folder list. He's moved
to Outlook 2002 and has asked me if it is possible for Outlook 2002 to
display his contacts in the same way... right below his folder list
and always visible.

I've been searching high and low for a way to do this in Outlook 2002.
Is there a way?

There's no way to mimic this feature in Outlook 2002.
