view drawing in color on screen

I work on several different computers and my laptop will only show drawings
in black and white. I have gone to Properties>Options>Advanced>color options
and they are all grey out and can not be modified. How do I see the colors I
have in my drawings on my laptop machine?

What kind of printer do you have defined on your laptop? Visio is controlled
by the printer definition.

Check Printer Setup to see what printer Visio is using. You can define and
use printer settings for printers you do not physically have attached to
your machine.

I am getting the same problem. I have tried the problem fix on the
Microsoft Support Website (including deletion of the registry key),
uninstalling/reinstalling, and messing around with the default
printer. Nothing seems to work. What gives?

how does one change the Visio settings to 'read' another printer?
