View Effective Rights Tool

Hello,

I've installed the View Effective Rights tool on my project server. The
installation process worked fine and I'm able to access the View Effective
Rights page in Web Access.

But, when i select certain criteria an submit it, there are no results at
all (on any query).

Does someone how I can resolve this problem?

Why don't you tell us what query(s) yield no results? While you are at it,
why don't you tell us whether you have any projects in your system and any
resources in the Enterprise Resource Pool? Let us know.

Hi Dale,

We have more than 500 projects in our system and more than 100 resources in
the enterprise resource pool.

I've installed the View Effective Rights Tool according the installation
description in the Project Server 2003 Administrators Guide. The installation
process went fine, but I get no results on any query I chose.
