View Effective Rights

Hello,

I've installed the View Effective Rights tool on my project server.

My project server installation was from the Italian CD.

Now, when I launched the install.sql stored I didn't changed the
following parameters:

- pageid 9001
- string id 95601
- lcid 1033

I know lcid for italian should be 1040...

I can see Effective Rights when I look at the admin page in English and
that for me should be fine...actually any permissions that I want to
see is blank...does it depends from the parameters?

Actually it was the language id...put to 1040 in stored and table and
everything works great.
