This seems like an overly simple question but I cant seem to find an answer anywhere, including this forum.

How can i view the size of an email message? Can i get entourage to display the size of the messages in the Inbox window?

Thanks for any help

In addition to Adam's comment: please note that the Columns menu is greyed
out if the preview pane is displayed on the right. You will need to set it
to appear *below* the email list (View>Preview Pane>Below List) in order to
access the Columns menu (and to view the Size column). There is no way to
get Entourage to display additional information when the preview pane is on
the right side of the window.

Wow. I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. I had my preview pane on the right and could not add columns. This tip needs to be added to the software.

thanks

Sorry, but what should be added to Entourage is to display the size of an email message also when the preview pane is on the right side of the window. That's a no-brainer.

It's a pity that this is not a natural component of Entourage and has to be explicitly asked for by the users.

Microsoft, please repair this.

First, please keep in mind that these newsgroups are peer-to-peer. There
isn't much we can do. The best way is to send feedback to Microsoft .

When working in Office, you can use the ³Send Feedback² option under the
Help menu in all of the Office applications.
