View entries

I generally use the month view for my calendar in OL 2007. Often there are
several entries on the same day and only 2 generally show up and usually
these seem to be birthdays not the appts for that day. Is there any way to
determine which entries show up in the monthly view? The arrow indicating
there are additional entries is so "light" afraid I am going to miss
something.

Also some entries are not showing up in the To Do Bar....is there a specific
way an entry must be made in the calendar to insure it shows up later in the
To Do list?

The number of items you see is based on the size of the window - maximize
outlook and increase the screen resolution -also condense the toolbars to
one row. You could create a filtered view that hides birthdays etc.

The to-do bar only shows appointments that are less than 24 hrs long.
