View error

When I open up my file I am getting the 'Ready' message in
the lower left hand corner but the screen is still gray
and the file is not showing on the screen. BUT when I
switch the view to full screen I can see the sheet and I
can also see the sheet in the print preview.
Any ideas on how to correct this problem?

Click on Window|Arrange|tiled and resize by hand.

(it sounds like your workbook is opening just off the viewable screen)
