View Expand/Collapse Groups not working

The Expand/Collapse Groups toggle switch under the View menu is not working.
My Business Contacts are sorted by Category. All the categories appear
expanded.
Even after I collapse each category individually and exit; when I re-open
it, all the categories appear expanded again.
