View header information

Outlook 2003. I have been trying for some time to find information about
viewing the full header (internet header) information in an Outlook 2003
e-mail message. I have opened the e-mail and clicked View >> Options, but
in the Internet Headers box, where such information is supposed to appear,
there is nothing. Help tells me to go to View >> Options, then inexplicably
has something about Tools >> Options. I have tried looking for a setting in
the main Outlook window (not an individual message) under Tools >> Options,
but can find nothing.
What could be preventing me from seeing the Internet header?

What type of account?

View -> Options should show you the email headers, except if it is an
internal message on Exchange Server (no Internet involved).

Ah! That's what it was. I wanted to look at something about the details of
a message, but as it happened I looked only at internal messages. We have
Exchange Server, so I saw nothing for the Internet Header. When I chose an
outside message all of the information was there. Thanks for pointing me in
the right direction. Seems like it would be worthwhile to mention that
exception in Help.
