Do you mean from within a BCM contact record or from the Communication
History view? It sounds like clearing the forms cache might be a good first
step.
Click TOOLS, OPTIONS, OTHER tab, ADVANCED OPTIONS button, CUSTOM FORMS
button (at bottom), MANAGE FORMS button, then the CLEAR CACHE. Click
OK/APPLY to get out of all the menus and then close and restart Outlook.
