View history information in business contacts

In history, how can I tell which emails are sent versus received? How can I
see which emails have attachments? Right now I have a fairly meaningless
list of emails.

If you are seeing your Inbox where the history should be, then your
Outlook has a case of the infamous Form Cache Corruption bug.

I see the list of related emails for that account in question. But the list
says email, subject line and date. It doesn't show sender/receiver, so I
can't distinguish which emails are my replies versus incoming. It also
doesn't show the attachment icon, which is important in our case. Any
thoughts?

Re the bug, I don't think I have it but will my Norton catch it if so?

Those sound like reasonable feature requests to me. Full user
customization of the history grid columns is a typical request.

I don't think BCM can show the attachment icon though, because only the
Outlook mail item has the attachment. The BCM activity data about the
mail item doesn't include that bit of information.
