View in the PWA Updates page.

There is a view on the PWA updates page called "View History of Past Task
Changes". Is there some documentation that describes the use of this view?
Also, can someone explain why some work hours show up in red and some in
black?

The page shows what its name implies; it shows the history of how a PM
handled task updates from team members, and whether the PM accepted or
rejected each task update. Black numbers were accepted; red numbers were
rejected. Hope this helps.
