View Menu has Disappeared

On the menu bar in Word (Word X for Mac OS X), the View drop-down menu
has disappeared. Do you know how to get it back?

One way:

Tools/Customize. in the Toolbar pane, select Menu Bar (so that it's
highlighted, not just with it's checkbox checked). Click Reset.
