View Merged Data Button (ABC) doesn't work

I am running Word 2000 SR-3 on a XP Pro machine. My "ABC" button to view
merged data will not work. I had upgraded to SR-3 in the hopes that would
clerar something up. No Luck.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Do you have a data source attached to the documnet and merge fields in the
document?
