View MS Project file without MS Project

Hi,

How can we view MS Project file without MS Project software. There are some
staff memebers who don't have MS Project installed on their PCs and we want
to give them access to view the project file.

Your help is needed.

Anna,

You need a Microsoft Project Viewer in order to view mpp
files without MS Project installed.You can take a look at
http://www.projectviewercentral.com for the HPV SOLO
viewer. We used it and works great!

Hi,

another option is to save the plan as a WebPage - this is included as part
of the version of MSProject we use at work. Using this you can filter to
display only the columns (or rows) that will be interest to those needing
read only access. To do this, Save as Webpage and follow the steps in the
wizard.
