Is it possible to view more that 2 calendars at once? If so, how?

Yes, in Outlook 2003, using the options on the Calendar navigation pane. In previous versions, you'd have to show 2 windows side-by-side.

Depends. Are these two calendars both in your mailbox or PST? Does one
belong to someone else? Do you have Exchange as a server? Are you on a
network? Vague questions with little detail are difficult to answer
definitively.

Sorry about being vague! Not sure about mailbox or pst - how do I know? One
calendar of mine, 3 that belong to others.I have just discovered that we do
not have exchange server. yes on a network.
