View "My Computer" in Outlook 2003

My work computer was recently upgraded form Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003.

In Outlook 2000, I was able to view the My Computer folders and files from
within Outlook.

Is this functionality available in Outlook 2003 and, if so, how do I enable
it?

No, that functionality was removed in Outlook 2003.
